Free cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup.
Late cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup incur a 20% fee of the total booking value.
No-shows
Failure to arrive at the pickup location is charged at 100% of the booking.
How to cancel
Log into your account and cancel any booking from the My Bookings screen, or contact support.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
